WANA Esports Terms of Use

Welcome to WANA Esports. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the WANA Esports website, applications, competitions, software, and services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by WANA Esports (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

5. Competition Rules and Enforcement

All users must adhere to our official competition rules and Code of Conduct. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, permanent bans, forfeiture of prizes, and removal from competitions. WANA Esports reserves the right to monitor and moderate all in-game behavior, chat, and activity logs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided on or through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to WANA Esports and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

7. Privacy Policy

14. Dispute Resolution

You agree that any dispute between you and WANA Esports arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sydney, Australia.

16. Changes to Terms

WANA Esports may update or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new terms.
