Players must either reside in or be born in the state or region they wish to represent.

Example: A player born in Auckland, NZ, but currently living in Brisbane, Queensland, may represent either North Island New Zealand or Queensland.

Exclusion of Professional players. Players listed on HLTV with more than 20 official matches are considered above entry-level and cannot represent their choosen state.

Players must not have any history of:
● VAC bans
● FACEIT bans
● Involvement in scamming or cheating incidents
